Project Powder, a Cool Snowboarding MMORPG Game
Project Powder is a fun MMORPG game that tells about our world after global warming has melt both ice poles and winter doesn’t longer exist. There’s no any snow or flakes of it and all we see about it is in old photographs so to enjoy snow and every sport on it we have to land on other planets that haven’t been yet ruined by man and in which there is our beloved snow. The different gravity of those planets allows us to feature new tricks with our snowboard while going down fast from snowy slopes. From a technical viewpoint the requirements ask about a computer that runs at least at 2 GHz with 1 Gb Ram, 3 Gb of free space on the hard disk, Windows Vista as operative system and an advanced graphic card.
You have three characters available and are Max, Ross and Beth: the first two are boys while the last one is a girl. You have also three game modes and are race mode, battle mode and coin mode: in the race mode your goal is arriving first and you can compete with other players, in battle mode you run as in race mode but you are equipped with defensive and offensive items and so bad play is a component here while in the coin mode you have to get coins in your mad run that anyway will be converted into luv that is the game currency, in this last mode wins who collect more coins.
Wanna to improve the quality of the gameplay ? First of all Project Powder is a free MMORPG to play, there is no fee to pay but you can improve the quality of the gameplay buying new items such as jackets, pants, boots, gloves and new snowboards with sparkcash. Sparkcash is the virtual money used on all outspark games and that you get by paying a minimum of 5$ through paypal or any other major credit cards.
Both in race and battle you have a nice interface that allows you to check how long you have run in the path and how far you are from your rivals in a classic radar screen, you can view also your actual speed and your score. In the battle mode the interface allows you to see all the previous datas shown in the race mode but also your defensive and offensive items listed and you have also the possibility to target, through the radar, another player and attack it. To get new tricks you have to perform successfully the associated quest.
This snowboarding game will be liked by who is familiar with Coolboarders and SXX, the game is a progression in which you start from level one with few tricks and when you will access to the upper levels your experience will increase and so the number of the tricks you can use and that get unlocked to you. The choose of one of the characters seen before ( the two boys or the girl ) are just for an aesthetic purpose and nothing more, it’s interesting that the virtual currency got through the coin mode allows you to buy items as the sparkcash does. In this game you use your PC keyboard and must be said that is easy to learn without real difficulties. For who is the game ? It’s for the ones who like to test their instinct as few is left to reasoning while a lot is left to how we use our hands, if you like racing games than this is a must for you.

‘UFO: Extraterrestrials’ is a new PC game which is one of the most awaited PC games in recent times. The game is set to be released on the first of May and is developed by Chaos Concept. It is a game made for the Microsoft Windows platform. The game tries to take off from where the massive hit XCOM: UFO Defense left off.
UFO:Extraterrestrials is set in the fictional planet of Esperenanza. The planet has been colonized by the spaceship Magaleansh. The story of the game is about a group of people who have to release the planet earth from alien invaders, who could attack the planet of Esperenanza pretty soon. The tactical game features some two hundred levels, and each mission takes up to thirty minutes. Gameplay is similar to the XCOM series.
The crime-saga games have always been runaway hits, and another game of the same genre is all set to hit the PC market.‘Made Man’will have the protagonists live a immoral life and climb the ladder of crime. The game suggest a huge storyline, with almost three decades of the protagonist’s life being played. The game takes the player from the Vietnam years to the modern years in Brooklyn. The story for the game is written by David Fisher and Bill Bonnano.
Filling up as Superhero of the PC games for the while is ‘Spider-Man 3′. The game is all set to be released on the Fourth of May. The game is said to be closely made on the third part of the Spider-Man movie franchise. Going by this, superhero game aficionados will be able to see how Venom fares in the digitized world. Spider Man 3 is one of the most awaited titles for new PC video games.
Very few superhero games sate the thirst of superhero gamers, due to the simple reason that most game companies treat the superheros as just characters, and more often than not fail to launch a new aspect into the characters. While Superheros were a defeated lot previously due to graphic incapabilities, they are a lost lot today due to creative bankruptcy.
If Superhero gaming is a sure-sell, Western shooters are not far behind. Not since ‘Desperado’ has there been a wild western game which kept gamers glued onto their seats. However, all that may change with ‘Call of Juarez’, the latest western game for the PC about to hit the market. The game has gone through considerable research, and that is evident by the use of authentic weaponry. Making special appearances are Billy The Kid, Wyatt Earp and other people who shot their way to fame.
‘Halo 2′, the launchpad of consoles will finally (finally, finally) be ported on to the PC. Keeping it company is ‘Resident Evil 4′, the now-revered horror-sci-fi-suspense franchise. However, Capcom has burnt it’s fingers badly while trying to port some of it’s previous titles onto the PC. Gamers can just hope that this beautiful game will be playable on the PC.
‘Ancient Wars: Sparta’ is a first of it’s kind game in recent times. The game takes heavy inspiration from real life history circa 700 to 300 BC to create a RTS consisting of swords, shields and arrows. Though other players have ransacked this territory before,‘Ancient Wars:Sparta’ boasts of better and newer features. One such feature is entire armies being able to arm themselves with the weapons of the soldiers they’ve killed.
